Mr. Milrad has years of experience managing tourism networks and is very well versed in all aspects of the industry – in the methodology as well as in the commercial practice.

He is a business entrepreneur who focuses on developing business associations, developing management systems, consolidating long-term strategic outlooks and finding the correct solutions and alternatives to address financial processes.

Mr. Milrad has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technion in Haifa, and has served in prominent roles in the Israeli Defense Industry.

Mr. Shemma is a strategy management specialist with years of experience providing consultancy services to many business corporations.

Currently, he is highly active as a senior lecturer both at the academy and at various management forums. He is responsible for creating a variety of unique management models and has delivered hundreds of lectures and led countless workshops on this subject, in Israel and around the world.

Mr. Shemma, an IDF Reserve Colonel, earned his degree in Behavioral Science at Ben Gurion University, and is certified in Business Management from the Hebrew University.
